Virtual Terminal

Virtual Terminal was designed to be versatile and to be used by the staff. 

It allows the staff members to: 

  • Register Visitors in the system, issuing Regular and Priority Tickets:
    - By Name
    - By Phone number (SMS)

  • To Call the next Visitors

  • Follow the queuing status 

  • Turn the system On and Off.

The Virtual Terminal runs in any system with browser and requires authentication in the Branch and Terminal by the User.
