Users & Roles

The Users menu it’s where you can set up the users for the organization and assign them to the Branches, Services, and Roles.

What is a User in Moviik’s QM 

Users are the members of the Organization that will use the system. 

What is a User Role in Moviik’s QM 

The User Roles are the level of permissions your users will have within the system. You can create an unlimited number of customized roles. 

What you can customize in Users & Roles

  1. Users:
    1. Create a Profile
      1. Name
      2. Email
      3. Password
  1. Assign Branches - define which Branches each user will be allowed to access.
  2. Assign Services - define which Services each user will be allowed to serve. 
  3. Assign Roles - define the permissions level of each user. 

  1. User Roles:
Define Branch Permissions - Generally speaking, it is possible to define each of the following parameters if the role has the permission to view, edit, or no permission at all. 
  1. Local Services
  2. Local Users 
  3. Local Devices - in this case, the role can also have permission to add or delete the device. 
  4. Local Terminals - in this case, you have to define all the permissions regarding the behavior of the journey and tickets. 
  5. Alerts 
Define Organization Permissions - Generally speaking, it is possible to define each of the following parameters if the role has the permission to view, edit, or no permission at all. 
  1. Dashboard - In this case, you can assign the visibility or not
  2. Branches
  3. Service Types 
  4. Users  
  5. User Roles
