Users & Roles

The Users menu is where to add and set up the members of the organization, and assign them to Branches, Services, and Roles.


Users are the staff members of the organization that will use the Moviik system.


The User roles are the sets of permissions your users will have within the system. You can create an unlimited number of customized roles.


What you can configure in Users:
  1. Users:
    1. Create a Profile
      1. Name
      2. Email
      3. Password
  1. Assign Branches - define which Branches each user will be allowed to access.
  2. Assign Services - define which Services each user will be allowed to serve. 
  3. Assign Roles - define the permissions level of each user. 

What you can configure in User roles:
  1. Define Branch Permissions - Generally speaking, it is possible to define each of the following parameters if the role has the permission to view, edit, or no permission at all:
    1. Local Services
    2. Local Users 
    3. Local Devices - when assigned, the role can also have permission to add or delete a device.
    4. Local Terminals - when assigned, you have to define all permissions regarding the behavior of the journey and tickets.
    5. Alerts 
  1. Define Organization Permissions - Generally speaking, it is possible to define each of the following parameters if the role has the permission to view, edit, or no permission at all.
    1. Dashboard - In this case, you can assign the visibility or not
    2. Branches
    3. Service Types 
    4. Users  
    5. User Roles 
    6. General Settings
