Enter the name and a description for the SMS Ticket device.
Check the status of the SMS connector, which is a configuration
present in General Settings, under Connectors > SMS.
You will be able to check the current phone number for SMS Ticket and the connection status to the SMS service.
In this section you can toggle on Activate All Services to enable SMS Ticket for all services of the current branch.
Alternatively, with the toggle off, you can select the services for which SMS Tickets can be issued.
You can set a custom SMS code for regular and priority service ticket options.
When first setting up this device, all SMS codes will be automatically and randomly generated for you.
