Setup Alerts

Set up Alerts

Click the menu Branches and Edit the Branch you want to configure.

Select the Alerts tab. 
You are able to create User and Customer Alerts. 
Click on the Create button to do so.

The Create Alerts dropdown menu will open. Choose the alert you want to create. Then confirm that you want to create that alert.  


In the Users Alerts, you have to configure which users or/and roles you want to notify and how you want to notify them.

In the Customer Alerts, you have to configure which services do you want to set-up an alert to, insert your message with the custom tags and you can also define the number of tickets ahead you want to trigger your message by. 


Click on the Back arrow to go back to the Branch main page.
