Create Roles

You can not set-up your Queue Management System without defining the roles of your organization. 

The User Roles are the level of permissions your users will have within the system. You can create an unlimited number of customized roles. 


How to Create User Roles? 

Independently if you have 1 or multiple branches, to create your organization’s User Roles you should:

  1. Access Profile & Assets Tab

  2. Access User roles Tab

    • Click on the +CREATE button

    • Decide the Role Name 

    • Define the Role Description - The description is a help tagline that explains the purpose of the role. This is optional.


  1. Configure the Role’s  Settings 

    • Branch Settings - What will be the permissions of this role in the organization’s branches 

      • First of all, you have to decide if you want to apply the settings to all the Branches, just the assigned to the users with the role or to none. 

      • Local Services - Give permission to Edit the Services, View the Services, or No permissions regarding the Services. You can also give permission to Assign Services in the Branch. 

      • Local Users - Give permission to Assign the Users, View the Users, or No permissions regarding the Users.

      • Local Devices - Give permission to Edit the Devices, Add/Delete the Devices, View the Devices, or No permissions regarding the Devices.

      • Local Terminals - Give permission to Edit the Terminals, Add/Delete the Terminals, View the Terminals, or No permissions regarding the Terminals.

      • Local Terminal - Give Permission to:

        • Open Terminal - Allow the users to start a session in the Terminal 

        • Transfer Tickets - Allow the users to transfer tickets between terminals, users, or services.

        • Pause Tickets - Allow  the users to pause tickets and to resume the service later 

        • Cancel Tickets - Allow the users to cancel tickets

        • Finish Tickets - Allow the users to terminate tickets

        • Call out of Order  - Allow the users to call tickets out of the defined order 

        • Select Services - Allow users to select the services to serve

        • Generate Tickets - Allow users to generate tickets to visitors

        • Call Anything - Allow users to call any given ticket

        • Call Only Transferred - Only allow users to call tickets that were transferred to them 

      • Alerts - Give permission to Edit the Alerts, Add/Delete the Alerts, View the Alerts, or No permissions regarding the Alerts.


    • Organization Settings - What will be the permissions of this role on the organization settings

      • Settings Application - ???

      • Dashboard - View or None

      • Branches - Give permission to Edit the Branches, Add/Delete the Branches, View the Branches, or No permissions regarding the Branches.

      • Profiles & Assets:

        • Service Types - Give permission to Edit the Service Types, Add/Delete the Service Types, View the Service Types, or No permissions regarding the Service Types.

        • Users - Give permission to Edit the Users, Add/Delete the Users, View the Users, or No permissions regarding the Users. You should also give permission to assign users to branches and to services. 

        • User Roles - Give permission to view or not the User Roles. 

        • Terminal Types - Give permission to Edit the Terminal Types, Add/Delete the Terminal Types, View the Terminal Types, or No permissions regarding the Terminal Types.

        • Device Types - Give permission to Edit the Device Types, Add/Delete the Device Types, View the Device Types, or No permissions regarding the Device Types.


    • General Settings  

      • Connectors - Give permission to Edit the Connectors, View the Connectors, or No permissions regarding the Connectors.
